Singapore is our 3rd YPG chapter which was founded in 2010 with a small group of like-minded professionals who wanted to make a difference to young peoples’ lives in Singapore. The chapter decided to focus on awarding the scholarship to 1st year university / college students to strengthen the local network. We are excited to have awarded 18 Rising Stars (scholarship recipients) already since launching in Singapore. The Singapore chapter has been quite active in launching some new initiatives like Dream Nights where professionals from various industries are invited to share their personal stories and journeys on how they got to where they are in a very honest, authentic way. The Rising Stars in Singapore have also been quite active and initiated the first-ever YPG Bootcamp.
